INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER
Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Develops and implements inventory control procedures. Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts. Trains and manages an inventory team. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Must Pass Drug Screen. PAINT SUPERVISOR
-Directly responsible for the quality, timeliness & efficiency of technicians’ work.
-Internal coating & sandblast supervision.
- Train/Instruct personal to use paint equipment properly & enforce safety while working with equipment.
-Maintain schedule start/finish dates to coordinate & meet production levels as required by master schedule.
-Coach personnel on what to watch for regarding critical aspects or specific outcomes prior to & while job is in process.
-"Pre-Plan" continuously for the next day/week's production
-Anticipate needs to est. a pro-active operating pattern.
-Able to create & run reports to monitor/measure dept. performance & goals.
-Perform other duties as assigned by mgmt.
-Self-motivated, communicate effectively with others & manage change in a fast paced environment required.
-Strong problem solving, leadership and organizational skills are a must.
-Proven ability to manage multiple conflicting projects to successful conclusion.
